Job Description-
1. calling the NPS detracted sellers and taking the survey based on the list of questions.
2. Calling the sellers and educating them about the failures and asking them to make the correction and then re-upload the listings.
3. To adhere to the guidelines sent from the client's end
4. To participate in periodical training as and when conducted by mentors
