The role involves working with Primary-aged students who have complex needs and may exhibit challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.
• Provide individualised and small group support, helping students develop practical cooking skills and a passion for learning.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to create personalized learning plans addressing both academic and emotional needs.
• Manage challenging behavior using school strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space.
• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through food-related activities, helping them build resilience and life skills.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and staff.
• Adhere to all safeguarding protocols, addressing concerns promptly according to school policies.
