Job Title: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (US Accounting)

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Support in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including data input.
• Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
