Inclusive Minds | Flexible 0-Hour Contract | £20 per hour | Monthly Pay
Inclusive Minds is looking for passionate, experienced SEN Tutors to join our growing team, supporting children with additional learning needs within children’s homes across Cardiff and Swansea.
This is a flexible role, ideal for qualified teachers who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule.
About the Role
Deliver engaging, tailored 1:1 sessions within children’s homes
Support children with a range of Special Educational Needs
Sessions typically run between 4pm–6pm (evenings)
Work is offered on a 0-hour contract, increasing as demand grows
Travel required within a 30-minute radius of either Cardiff or Swansea
Session planning is the tutor’s responsibility, with full support provided
What We Offer
£20 per hour (paid monthly)
A full SEN toolkit provided for use during sessions (company property)
Initial training before starting
Ongoing support and fortnightly meet-ups to:
Swap books and resources
Ask questions and share strategies
Collaborate with a supportive team
Important Information
The SEN toolkit remains property of Inclusive Minds and must be returned if you leave
Any additional resources (e.g. printouts or bespoke materials) required for sessions are the responsibility of the tutor
Requirements
Must be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Must have experience working with children with SEN
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Willing and able to travel to children’s homes within a 30-minute radius of Cardiff or Swansea
Strong understanding of differentiated and trauma-informed approaches
Reliable, organised, and compassionate
