Seeking an SEN Teacher for KS1/KS2 with expertise in SpLD, ASD, PMLD, sensory needs, and non-verbal students. Support and tailor learning to meet individual needs and foster inclusion in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
• Expertise in creating inclusive lesson plans for students with diverse needs.
• Skills in using assistive technology and adaptive teaching strategies.
• Proficiency in working with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).
• Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
Qualifications/Experience
• You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
• Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
• To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
