Job Description
Your field of responsibility As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
Possess strong accounting knowledge to review and prepare complex Financials Statements based on the global accounting standards and tax regulations
Prepare financial Statements for a portfolio of foreign companies including securities accounting and the related year-end decisions
Monitor and reconcile mandate-specific bank/investment transactions
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents relating tax filing across different jurisdictions or other international bodies
Ensure completion of all tax filing deadline driven financials within timelines
Managing and collaborating with global stakeholders for BAU and Ad-Hoc request as well as project related activities (Project managers, IT, SMEs)
Support the Head of Trust Accounting Singapore incl. his deputy in various administrative work related to reporting to regulatory bodies (MAS, IRAS) in Singapore Ensuring full regulatory compliance and protect the firm’s reputation

Your skills and experience
You are a Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA) that brings the following relevant skills to our team:
Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience within the Finance or professional accounting firms Strong communication skills and ability to learn complex subject matter quickly are a must. You should be able to demonstrate good experience in positively influencing people to deliver, stakeholder management
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and thrive under pressure Knowledge of trust and fiduciary environment will be an added advantage You understand the importance, and have demonstrated awareness, of compliance and risk control Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Your new employer
