Role: Sr. 2D Artist – Fashion Games
Based in: Mumbai
Reporting to: 2D Lead
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
• Design and illustrate 2D characters tailored for mobile gaming platforms
• Develop visually engaging 2D backgrounds, props, clothing, and additional game art assets
• Adhere to a structured production pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient creation of production-ready art
• Export and assemble final assets from source files, following technical guidelines and file specifications
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and artistic workflows
• Maintain consistency by matching existing art styles and accurately identifying differences across visual styles
Who could you be? (Background, Experience, Skills)
• 6-7 years of experience in the gaming or animation industry, with a strong focus on mobile game development
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with advanced 2D character illustration skills
• Experienced in creating 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and other visual assets for mobile games
• Able to follow and contribute to a structured production pipeline, ensuring efficient and technically accurate asset delivery
• Skilled in exporting and assembling images from art files according to defined technical parameters and protocols
• Quick to learn and apply new technical skills, tools, and workflows
• Strong aesthetic sense with a solid foundation in graphic design principles
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining thorough working habits
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and meeting tight deadlines
• Passionate about mobile gaming—with hands-on experience in designing and producing art specifically for mobile game titles
• Capable of matching a wide range of art styles and visually distinguishing between them for consistent and cohesive asset creation
