Job Responsibilities
• Candidate should call minimum 30 fresh databases per day.
• Walk-ins: Generating walk-ins, through calling.
• Student Counselling
• Collect student references and generate leads through different social media platforms.
• Registration and collection: convert prospect walk-ins into admissions through effective counselling
• Class Schedule: Arrange proper class timing for newly joined students as per the instruction of departmental faculty head.
• Creating and maintaining reports in excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities.
• Preparation of monthly performance status reports to senior management.
• Generate, Maintain, analyse & present daily/weekly/monthly sales, Quality and student service reports.
• Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
Qualification
· Any Degree
· Minimum 1 Year experience in Counselling field.
· Excellent active listening and communication skills.
· Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
Preferring candidates who speaks Malayalam
