Job Description
As a Client Servicing Executive you will be the liaison between external clients and internal teams within the agency. To be successful in this role, one should be committed to helping clients solve challenges, and be able to work well under pressure. And ultimately, a client servicing executive should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and client servicing skills at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To be the focal point and brand custodian for the account in concern. Serve as the point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Operationally – manage the workflow and volume of business.
• Coordinate with the external stakeholders and internal teams for day-to-day work
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years work experience in a digital advertising agency
• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion for integrated communications and a creative thinker.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
