Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company’s complete accounting cycle — from bookkeeping to finalization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in taxation, statutory compliance, and end-to-end accounting, along with the ability to handle multiple financial activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of Accounts — Prepare and finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other reports.
Taxation (Company & Directors) — Manage and file Income Tax returns for both the company and individual directors.
GST Compliance — Handle end-to-end GST processes including registration, return filing, reconciliation, and audit support.
TDS Management — Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly returns.
Notice & Query Handling — Draft and submit replies to notices from departments such as GST, Income Tax, PF, and others.
Statutory Compliance — Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Company Law.
End-to-End Accounting — Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Audit Coordination — Liaise with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
Budgeting & MIS Reporting — Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and support financial planning.
Process Improvement — Recommend and implement accounting process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements / Candidate Preferences:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and accounting standards.
In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
Experience in finalization of accounts and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle tasks independently with accuracy and ownership.
Updated knowledge of current tax laws, deadlines, and government regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
