We, Ikure Techsoft Pvt Ltd, looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accounts Executive responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accounts Executive combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of Accountants and Junior Accountants. Job Responsibilities: 1. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable 2. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results 3. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status 4. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending 5. Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant 6. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures 7. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers 8. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process +. Provide input into department’s goal setting process 10. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule 11. Assist with tax audits and tax returns 12. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance Plan, assign and review staff’s work 13. Support month-end and year-end close process 14. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures 2. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) 3. Awareness of business trends Familiarity with financial accounting statements 4. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process 5. Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables 6. Accuracy and attention to detail 7. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills 8. BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant Preferred Skills and Qualifications: MBA in Finance will be given an additional value of candidatures for this position.
