About Us:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant (Fresher) to support our finance team. If you are eager to start your career in accounting and finance, this is a great opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and bookkeeping.

✔Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations.

✔Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

✔Maintain financial records and assist with tax calculations (GST, TDS, etc.).

✔Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

✔Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth accounting operations.

✔Handle documentation, filing, and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

✅ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks or Zoho Books is a plus).

✅ Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

✔️ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

✔️ Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

Freshers are welcome! Prior internship or training in accounting/finance is a plus.

Job Overview

Account Originator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of accounts within the Coverage division. You will work closely with clients to identify potential opportunities and develop product solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Originate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing relationships with key decision-makers.

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product partners, credit risk, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and other documents to support sales efforts.

• Visit and communicate with clients on behalf of the bank, ensuring effective relationship management.

• Prepare internal reports and updates, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

• Provide commercial activity status to coordination, facilitating pipeline management and cross-selling initiatives.

• Liaise with client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and KYC processes.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in account origination or business development.

• Strong understanding of commercial lending and product offerings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and other operational tools.
