JD for the profile of Senior Accountant
Job Responsibilities
Create and Manage financial Reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and tax returns.
Create and Manage Budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial reports and records, including journal entries
Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance. Co-ordinate with various departments for financial data and reporting.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements
Train and mentor junior staff
Stay on top of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements to keep the company compliant.
Be the point of contact for audits, working with external auditors and consultants to ensure everything is in order.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, making sure all deadlines are met and the numbers add up.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments prepared by the team to maintain accuracy.
Tackle complex financial issues as they arise, ensuring they’re resolved effectively and without delay.
Knowledge of TDS & GST.
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
What we are looking for?
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education: Graduation required.
Experience:7-+ years of experience in Accounts , or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Tally ERP)
Location – Khar West
