Senior Accountant| Damco ATR

Executes day to day processing of transactions within defined standard

operating procedures such as, e.g. general accounting and/or accounts

payable or receivable. Prepare reconciliations and weekly & monthly reports. Prior experience in handling intercompany transactions.

This role may be responsible for a variety of the following areas:

Detailed understanding of processes and SOP's.

Ensuring alignment of all SOP with the overall frame work.

Executing according to SLA's.

Adhering to controls.

Preparing reliable and accurate accounting information.

Performing/participating in monthly and annual closing procedures & Plug reduction.

Improve the auto-match % in TXM tool

Reduction of absolute plugs from baseline

All projects run under agile way of working

Reduction in Plugs

Informing Supervisor/leader about any process issues.

Responsibility for risk and control environment reporting and developing internal control processes.

Responsibility for identifying and delivering improvement projects.

Providing ideas for improvements.

Performing the reporting and month end tasks, accruals and support

controlling tasks.

Ensuring high data quality
