POSITION LOCATION(S): Beverly Hills / West LA with time spent in Bell, CA as well.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant. This role involves assisting with bookkeeping, accounting and tax operations of a family office, with investments across multiple business entities in various industries and locations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounting, and tax process management, with the ability to handle complex and diversified portfolio of assets and confidential information.

Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping: Light bookkeeping through QuickBooks with respect to numerous entities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Accounting and Compliance: Prepare summary financial statements and reports.
• Assist with Tax Compliance: Collect information and coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely preparation of tax returns.
• Financial Management: Forecast cash flows and manage budgeting processes to optimize financial health across all entities.
• Investment Oversight: Monitor and report on the performance of investments.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an accounting or financial management role, preferably in a family office environment.
• Familiarity with tax laws, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate's qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$125,000—$150,000 USD
