Work with, train, mentor, and supervise staff accountants and interns
Review designated work for accuracy and completeness
Operate independently and self-manage multiple projects, be adaptable to frequent changes in the professional environment
Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax principles
Handle the majority of designated client engagements, both accounting and tax
Prepare and review accounting and tax engagements
Maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while meeting deadlines
Research tax and accounting issues and draft memorandums
Be aware of opportunities to expand engagements
Draft bills promptly
Accountable to the Firm’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Develop team members' technical and professional skills
Provide regular performance feedback and evaluations

Based in Connecticut with offices in Farmington and Simsbury, we provide auditing, tax, and business planning services. Through our affiliations with CPAmerica International and Crowe Horwath International, we access a global network of over 2,500 firms. Our experienced team is committed to personalized service and client satisfaction.
