Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GST compliance, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, and TDS management. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• GST Compliance & Filing:
• Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.)
• Handling GST audits, reconciliations, and dealing with GST notices and assessments
• Advisory on GST implications for various business transactions
• Income Tax Filing & Compliance:
• Preparation and filing of ITRs for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts
• Computation of income, tax liability, and advance tax planning
• Responding to tax notices, handling assessments and scrutiny cases
• TDS Management:
• Calculation and timely deduction of TDS
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Reconciliation of Form 26AS and ensuring timely issuance of Form 16/16A
• Client Coordination:
• Regular interaction with clients for data collection, clarifications, and reporting
• Advising clients on tax planning, compliance deadlines, and updates in tax laws
• Other Responsibilities:
• Review of junior staffs work
• Assisting in statutory and internal audits, as and when required
• Staying updated with changes in Direct & Indirect Tax laws
