Responsibilities

Very dynamic role with full cycle accounting and financial analysis responsibilities for 2 facilities, but will also have a ton of opportunity to work on other areas including corporate accounting and treasury functions

Candidates must be Nashville based, but position can be as in-office or remote as is preferred by candidate

Perform revenue close procedures on time and in accordance with US GAAP, including revenue and deferred revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses

Performs full cycle monthly pre-close and close entries, including statistical data inputs, for assigned behavioral health facilities

Prepare a wide variety of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Participation of recurring month-end close activities

Assist with integration of new acquisitions

Invoice reviews and approvals for business operations

Monthly Capex reconciliations

Assist with monthly reconciliation of receivables to billing reports to the General Ledger

Preparing monthly financial statements

Provide financial support to business leaders in the annual budget process

Prepare ad hoc business case analysis, including financial models and analysis of business trends

Performing financial analyses and special projects as requested

Providing financial data to shareholders as requested

Collaborate in process improvement initiatives, including formalization of control procedures

Collaborate in special integration projects

Maintain and enhance relationships with banks and financial institutions

Manage and coordinate all banking activities, including account setup, maintenance, and closing

Oversee the organization’s debt portfolio, including issuance, repayment, and compliance with debt covenants

Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs

Forecast cash requirements and develop cash flow projections

Prepare and present daily treasury-related reports to senior management

Prepare all cash related journal entries and bank reconciliations

Looking to bring on a new Senior Accountant that will also have a large focused on Treasury. Very dynamic role with full cycle accounting and financial analysis responsibilities for 2 facilities, but will also have a ton of opportunity to work on other areas including corporate accounting and treasury functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
