Qualification : MBA
Experience : 3 - 5 years
package : Upto 40K
Location : Kokapet , hyderabad
Day Shift, 6 Days of working
Key Responsibilities :
1. Real Estate Accounting – Understanding of real estate financial statements, asset valuation, and property-related transactions.
2. Financial Reporting – Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
3. Taxation & Compliance – Knowledge of GST, RERA, and other real estate tax regulations.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting – Preparing financial projections for projects and operations.
5.Accounts Payable & Receivable – Managing invoices, payments, and collections.
6.Reconciliation – Bank, vendor, and project-wise reconciliations.
7.Audit & Internal Controls – Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
8.ERP & Accounting Software – Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or real estate-specific ERP systems.
+. Lease & Property Accounting – Handling lease agreements, rental income, and property expenses.
Soft Skills :
1.Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze financial data and trends.
2.Attention to Detail – Accuracy in financial records and reports.
3.Problem-Solving – Addressing accounting discrepancies and compliance issues.
4. Communication – Effective coordination with management, clients, and auditors.
5.Team Leadership – Managing junior accountants and finance teams.
