Job Description : Ability to work on US accounting, Quickbooks, Xero, Payroll +41,+40,10++, Sales and Use Tax. Must have good communication and Team Management Skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
• US bookkeeping & Accounting
• Payroll +41,+40,10++,W3,W2, W+
• Analyzing General ledger, passing reclassification entries and year-end adjustments to finalize year-end accounts of Companies.
• Prepare and Submit Sales and Use Tax return
• Quickbooks,Xero,Netsuite,Sage, Quickbooks Online
• US tax returns1040,1065,1120, 1120S, Experience with softwares Lacerte, Ultratax, Drake,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Must have the ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from managers to accomplish objectives and proficiency with email and Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management , and external agencies to maximize performance
