Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries related to revenue, receivables, and leases
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of all revenue-related accounts
Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, and provide clear explanations for variances
Coordinate with auditors to ensure all revenue-related items are properly supported and documented
Prepare leasing schedules and oversee all aspects of lease accounting in accordance with ASC 842
Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes
Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and participate in ad hoc financial analysis as required
Ensure compliance with all revenue recognition requirements under US GAAP and ASC 606
Utilize ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) for reporting and data analysis
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team

Job Details
This is a brand-new role created to support the company's growth. This role is based out of our New York Headquarters, is a hybrid position (2-3 days in office).
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries related to revenue, receivables, and leases.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of all revenue-related accounts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, and provide clear explanations for variances.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
• 4+ years of experience
