We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
General Ledger Management:

Oversee and manage the general ledger activities.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Compliance and Controls:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies.
Develop and implement best practices for accounting procedures.


Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of [2-3] years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
