The current salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manager, Accounting Advisory will contribute to GrowthPath Partners’ success by working alongside clients, private equity firms, and investment banks, assisting in preparing workpapers and other related projects for audit readiness, audit and QoE readiness

Manager, Accounting will report to the Managing Director or Director, Accounting Advisory

Capability to manage and execute all aspects of financial preparation for a company, from initial data entry to delivery of the final reporting package

This includes accurately coding transactions, performing bank reconciliations, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, recording payroll and preparing month-end accrual-basis journal entries

Responsible for executing the conversion of a company from cash basis to accrual basis

Comfortable implementing new accounting systems and reorganizing existing accounting systems (ie

Prepare deliverables for external auditors, demonstrate an understanding of required audit documentation and take ownership of completing auditor requests

Ability to operate individually and with a team

Coach, train, manage, lead, and mentor associates and provide real-time guidance and feedback on project execution

• Experience preparing inventory rollback from raw data highly preferred.

• Prior experience implementing ASC 606 and/or ASC 842 highly preferred.

• Complex debt and equity experience highly preferred.

• Accounting system implementation experience preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel).

• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred.

• Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to assimilate easily into teams.
