Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations: invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable
Prepare and maintain the monthly salary sheet and coordinate with HR/payroll for disbursements
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
Maintain and update inventory records, track stock movement, and coordinate with the warehouse
Reconcile physical stock with system records and report variances
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ledgers, and documentation
Assist in audits, budgeting, and financial planning
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments
File and organize all financial and inventory-related documentation systematically
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
1–3 years of experience in accounting and inventory handling
Working knowledge of salary sheet preparation and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory software (Tally, etc.)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the HVAC or technical services field
Knowledge of ERP or inventory tracking systems
Understanding of vendor billing and stock usage in service operations
Salary & Working Hours:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: 0+:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
