Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 10 years

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end accounting functions, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll, and more, and should be ready to take on a leadership role in managing the company's accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounting operations, including managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger entries.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and other key financial documents.
Manage taxation processes, including GST filings, TDS returns, and compliance with other statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and tax deductions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements, ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions, and address discrepancies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize company spending and enhance financial performance.
Support audits, providing all necessary financial data and ensuring smooth audit processes.
Handle Tally software for maintaining accurate records of accounts and reporting.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations and provide insights to improve the company’s financial performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of accounts and taxation.
Expertise in GST, TDS, payroll management, MIS reports, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
