Job Description
We are looking for Senior Accounts Executive / TL for Bangalore Location (JP Nagar)
Preferred Candidate: Bangalore Location
Responsibilities
Team handling experience of 4-5 people.
A correct and systematic method of passing accounting entries
Maintaining MIS which matches books of accounts
Preparing payroll statements in greytHR and maintaining statutory compliance like PF, ESI & Labour law
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other laws of any applicable including their compliances
Review of Balance Sheet
Preparing Financial Statements
Record keeping of receipts from payment gateways and reconciliations
Matching 26AS and books of accounts
GST Reconciliation for turnover and input credits and books of accounts
Preparing cash flow statements & Liquidity statement
Track pending debtors and creditors, managing payments thereof
TCS on GST for e-commerce transactions
Ledger scrutiny and finalization of books of accounts
Reporting to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years' of relevant experience
Organized and able to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
