We are Jaipur based manufacturer & exporter of high end handcrafted garments (Men, Women & Kid) and home furnishings. Our specialized skills in Appliqué. Block Printing, Digital printing, Embroidery, Tie-Dye.
Job Role Overview:
As an Accounts Executive at Garment Export House, your primary responsibility will be to handle various financial and accounting tasks within the organization. You will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. You will work closely with the finance and management teams to maintain financial records and provide financial analysis and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Accounting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of the company.
Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and facilitate timely collections.
Handle employee expense reimbursements and petty cash management.
Financial Compliance:
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in an export house.(4 years minimum)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preference would be given to Jaipur based candidate
