Job Role : Senior Accounts Executive
Job Specifications :
Adhering to strict deadlines & tasks decided in weekly meetings
Supervising day to day accounting and month-end close
Preparing monthly financial statements
Preparing management financial reporting package
Establish and oversee internal accounting processes
Research accounting problems and provide solutions.
Ensure overall internal controls, segregation of duties and maker-checker arrangement for all accounting inputs.
Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account and Cash-flow statement on a monthly basis after proper book closure on system with a detailed closing procedure
Finalize & Reconcile Accounts (Banks, customers & vendors, cash books at locations ) on a periodic basis
Sales & Receivables Accounting – Sales Invoice checking, Debtors reconciliation, Support proactive management of receivables and ensure collection efficiency.
Purchase & Accounts Payable Accounting – Vendor reconciliations, vendor payments allocation and payables ageing analysis.
Inventory management- Stock of Books
Cash Management
Fixed Assets Management – Ensure to maintain an updated Fixed Assets Register with accurate asset details, capitalizations and depreciation accounting.
Ensure information readiness in a timely manner for limited reviews, statutory audit & tax audits, GST audits
Responsible for all statutory, Taxation, legal & commercial compliances at the Corporate and Branches
Provide MIS in a timely manner and share actionable points with the Senior Management and key managers
Review and report the variance in the budget to the relevant stakeholders at the Unit level.
Verification of Daily payments
Support in Payroll Management
Manage the company's financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management as per their requirements
Regular Statutory Compliance as TDS, GST, PF/ESI, Corporate law compliances
Coordinating with Statutory Auditors
Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability.Working Days- Monday to Saturday Time- 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm Office location - 4th Floor, Cyber Park, Manohar Building, RIICO Cyber Park, Heavy Industrial Area, Near Saras Dairy, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
