We are looking for CA Inter qualified person with 5 years experience in Non IT sector (Trading ) , Who is taking care of all Accounts,Finance & Taxation.
Job Description:
Taxation:
· Calculation and timely Payment of Tax Dues, including advance Tax.
· Timely Submission of all Returns in case of Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes.
· Compilation of data for the submission of reply to the Tax Departments.
· Compliance of Tax related provision during payments.
· Responsible for tax optimization initiatives.
· Preparation, finalization and submission of Returns related to all type of Taxation.
· Ensuring TDS computation and deduction including Individuals, deposit, filing of TDS returns and issuance of certificates within the stipulated timelines.
GST Filling.
Auditing:
· Timely completion of Tax Audits.
· Liasioning with Auditor with reference to taxation matters.
· Liasioning with Statutory authority with reference to statutory matters like notice, Audit, assessment, survey etc.
Statutory Compliance:
· Responsible for statutory registrations if any.
· Ensures maintenance of Statutory registers, documents, board resolutions, minutes etc.
· Liasioning with Company secretary with regards to secretarial matters and arrange documents accordingly.
Reporting & MIS:
· Help CFO with reference to activities like analysis, development, internal control, Planning.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually financial statement including performance analysis.
Fluent in English, Hindi ( Added advantage)
Qualification & Skills;
Qualification: CA / Inter
Experience : 5 - 7 years
