Job Title: Accounts Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹38,000 in hand

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support our growth in the real estate business. Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management: Oversee the daily financial transactions related to the real estate business, including managing entries in Tally for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
GST & Taxation: Handle GSTR filing and ensure compliance with GST regulations, including monthly and quarterly returns.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate documentation of all receipts and payments.
Vendor & Client Accounts: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Real Estate Transactions: Maintain records of all real estate transactions, including sales, purchase agreements, and other property-related financial activities.
Audits & Compliance: Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits and ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations, providing support in decision-making with accurate data.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically in accounting for real estate businesses.
Expertise in Tally: Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software and experience in maintaining financial records on Tally.
GST Knowledge: Adequate understanding of GSTR filing and taxation laws related to real estate transactions.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in accounting entries and financial reporting.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly.
Female Candidates Preferred
Educational Qualification: A degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or relevant qualifications in Accounting.
