Primary requirement
GST Return preparation & Filling – GSTR-1 and GSTR -3B
GSTR – 2, 2A & 2B reconciliation
GST Form + & +A preparation
GST setoff preparation and challan generation & payment.
TDS deduction and challan payment
TDS data preparation for TDS return
ESIC, EPF knowledge & challan payment
Prepaid and post paid expenses booking
Import Export –Foreign remittance through bank, Custom clearance &Landing Cost valuation of Import Purchases,
BOE clearance
Knowledge of P&L and Balance sheet can assist senior for finalization of books.
Generate Sale Invoice form Tally
Purchase Invoice Punching in Tally
Generate Purchase Order in Tally
Prepare Payment Cheques & Enter in Tally before issuance
Passing Journal Entries in Tally & Issue Payment of Company Exp.
Secondary requirement
Monthly Sale & Purchase Register review
Knowledge of all type of issues related to Tally, E-invoice & E-way bill
Sundry Debtors & Creditors Ledger Reconciliation & balance confirmation
Branch accounting, Branch reconciliation.
All other general accounting
Checking of books (General auditing)
