Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily responsibilities with efficiency and effectiveness.

• Organize and maintain directors' calendars to ensure efficient time management.
• Coordinate availabilities for various directors to set meetings.
• Act as a back-up for the onshore team during absences or when priorities shift.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting senior leadership is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
