Role Details
The Department of Human Services is looking to establish a pool of Senior Administrative Officers. The pool will operate for a period of 12 months and recommended applicants will be eligible for opportunities for ongoing and term vacancies.
The Senior Administrative Officer is a role within People and Performance and is accountable to the Recruitment Lead for:
coordinating and undertaking end-to-end recruitment services.
providing administrative advice, support, project and change management support to senior team members.
coordinating and undertaking a range of records and information management functions and services including establishing and maintaining records and report generation.
developing, improving, implementing and maintaining effective administration processes for the Recruitment Business Unit including undertaking minor research and administration projects to support continuous improvement.
building and managing strong internal and external stakeholder communications and relationships to promote information sharing and ensure effective delivery of administration support in a sensitive and timely manner.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

Salary Range: $76,561 - $80,256 (ASO4)
