Senior Advisor
Reporting to the Manager your role will be responsible for managing and participating in key projects relating to employment arrangements for Queensland Health employees. While also adhering to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
Ability to locate, interpret and apply industrial instruments relevant to Queensland Health employment framework in order to resolve matters of medium complexity.
Analytical and problem solving skills to support the development of solutions to industrial relations policy and resolution of specific disputes.
High level understanding of industrial relations systems (national and Queensland) and industrial relations legislation including industrial instruments such as awards and certified agreements.
Operates as an effective team member and works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
Takes personal responsibility for accurately completing tasks and progressing working autonomously or with minimal supervision.
