VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Advisor, Design, you will support the delivery of the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment (PPR) Project during its design and technical phases. This role will coordinate stakeholders, supporting project outcomes, and ensuring design and planning activities align with broader project objectives.
Working within a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to resolving complex issues, support negotiations with contractors, and engage closely with key stakeholders including government agencies, health services, and delivery partners.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, high-impact project that will support Victoria’s health system for years to come.
Key aspects of the role include:
Support project delivery with a focus on design, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government, health services, and contractors.
Prepare clear briefs, reports, and communications from complex technical information.
Manage project documentation and support effective governance and reporting.
Identify risks and provide practical, evidence-based solutions.
We are looking for:
Experience in major infrastructure, healthcare design, or complex project environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to analyse issues and deliver clear, high-quality outputs.
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (highly regarded).
