Senior Advisor - Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing
About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, you are part of a small skilled team. You work across health and safety matters at Treasury with a focus on safety, risk and systems. You provide accurate technical advice including:
Safety and wellbeing initiatives, risk assessments and risk management
Compliance with legislation and best practices in safety and wellbeing
Safety initiatives for psycho-social health and wellbeing
About you
You take an informed and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You are keen to implement and promote effective safety practices for psycho-social wellbeing. You are insightful with sensitive matters and show sound judgement in your advice.
