Job Description
The Senior Advocate will be responsible for representing the company in legal matters, advising the management on legal strategy, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in corporate law, industrial disputes, and regulatory compliance,
• Represent the company in civil, criminal, labour, and commercial litigation in courts and tribunals.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, notices, replies, agreements, affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Handle legal matters related to land, factory compliance, labour laws, and vendor disputes.
• Liaise with external lawyers, law firms, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
• Guide internal teams on legal implications of business decisions.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with statutory and legal requirements.
• Advise on corporate governance, SEBI, and Companies Act compliance (if listed).
• Appear in legal proceedings on behalf of the company and update the management on case status.
• Handle matters related to pollution control board, excise, factory inspector, labour commissioner, etc.
• Maintain proper records of legal cases, hearings, and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Education: LLB or LLM from a recognized university; enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of legal experience, preferably with manufacturing/FMCG companies or as a practicing advocate handling corporate clients.
• Skills:
• Strong command over civil, criminal, industrial, and corporate laws.
• Excellent hindi/english drafting, research, and argumentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
