Role: Senior Agentic and Gen AI LLM EngineerWFH- PermanentEducational BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, including 3+ years in advanced ML or GenAI system design. - Proven record of deploying ML models into production at scale in enterprise or cloud environments. - Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and reinforcement learning (RLHF) preferred. Technical Skills- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Solid understanding of LLM pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Proficiency with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML). - Familiarity with API design, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Knowledge of Responsible AI, data governance, and model observability standards. Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with deep attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. - High level of autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning mindset. - Team-oriented and adaptable in global, cross-functional agile teams. - Passion for innovation, experimentation, and applied AI excellence.
