Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
5 years of experience in application or system development.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and project management.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience with databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL.
Experience deploying AI agents.
Excellent creative problem-solving approach and investigative skills, combined with a sense of ownership and a proactive can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

In this role, you will be a part of the next big bet for Google customer care, collaborating with a set of cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design teams to compose, deploy, and test automated workflows; unblock API integrations; and architect in-house tooling and reporting solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of the Help Guide across gUP products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform workflow designs into interactive experiences that efficiently resolve issues for millions of Google users.
Provide guidance on technical and architectural aspects of the AI orchestration from the conceptual phase to delivery. Partner with product engineering teams to accelerate the development and retrofit of APIs.
Ensure high-quality output while keeping business leadership informed of status updates. Improve best practices around deploying AI agents to increase efficiency, reusability, and optimize maintenance and delivery of the agentic experiences.
Master gTech's tools, advocate for bug fixes and enhancements, work closely with the product engineering team to test features, and implement new features.
