We are looking for Senior AI Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our teams in Mumbai and Chennai – immediately. For this role, we are looking for solid foundation in AI, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science with proven implementation experience. Expertise in Deep Learning would be a plus.
We apply LLM and Copilot technologies throughout our solution life cycle. We are looking for people with strong interest in innovative application of these technologies.
We leverage AI in every aspect of our Solution Platform. Both our UX and Backend are ML-driven. We need engineers who are interested in participating in each solution life cycle phase and learn and & use the technologies that the company has chosen for each task.
Role:Senior AI Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Statistics or Math
Industry: IT - SaaS, Retail
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. This is a ‘work from office' role.
Key Attributes and Abilities:
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong expertise in problem definition, ability to independently develop alternative solution approaches, selecting frameworks, libraries, and tools most appropriate for a rapid and reliable implementation.
• Strong logical design and physical design abilities. Generates/writes clean, reliable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Writing high-quality, formal documents. Excellent verbal and written articulation.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and rapid change.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Hands-on experience in contributing to projects from concept to deployment and support.
• Proficiency in rigorous reviews of requirements, design, code reviews and offering quality feedback.
• Analyzing and resolving software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Technical Expertise and Familiarity
• Supervised and Unsupervised ML algorithms.
• Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, RNN, Transfer Learning, Explainable AI. LLM and NLP
• Causal inferencing, Significance testing, A/B testing
• Gradient Descent, Multi-objective optimization, Combinatorial Optimization. AI Search algorithms
• Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, RF, Clusterin1g, SVMs, Boosting.
• Data Visualization tools such as matplotlib, tableau etc.
• Languages: R, Python and SQL
• ML Frameworks and Libraries: TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn Databases: Oracle,SQL/NoSQL, MySQL
• Responsibilities
• Collaborating with data/AI Engineers, solution engineers, retail experts, and enterprise architects to implement solutions and improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
• Deploying models into production environments, providing the model with data stored in a warehouse or coming directly from sources, configuring data attributes, managing computing resources, setting up monitoring tools, etc.
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re[1]designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
• Develop, customize, and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems.
