About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and execution-focused Senior AI Product Manager to drive the success of our AI product lines. This role is critical in ensuring the scalability of our AI product management function, maintaining execution velocity, and strengthening leadership across multiple AI initiatives.
With analytics now fully integrated into AI product management, the workload has increased significantly. Additionally, the absence of contingency planning for PM turnover poses a risk to our customer commitments. This role will help mitigate these challenges and enhance stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the execution and delivery of one or more AI product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to drive AI product development from concept to launch.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with product management turnover and ensure seamless customer commitments.
• Optimize AI product workflows, balancing automation and manual processes for maximum efficiency.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging AI-driven analytics and insights.
• Work closely with leadership to align AI product strategies with broader business objectives.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding AI product roadmaps, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML product management, with a proven track record of leading AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science workflows, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple AI product lines with a focus on execution and scalability.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and effective AI product interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with AI-powered SaaS products.
• Previous experience leading AI product teams and developing contingency strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML tools.
• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for AI-driven products.
