Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of AI tools that enhance the efficiency of our risk management processes.
Main Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI tools using Python and AI/ML models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4
• Collaborate and interact with risk managers, model reviewers, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Operate as part of a global team
Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML, software development, or related fields
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven track record of Python programming
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with model development best practices
• Good understanding of financial concepts and products
• Clear strategic thinking, good business sense, and judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both specialist and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills
• Familiarity with financial models
• Programming experience with JavaScript
