Integra Software Services is seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Location: Chennai / Pondicherry / Hybrid / Remote
Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and develop state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions with a focus on NLP, ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, Text Recognition, and Generative AI.
• Implement and optimize algorithms, models, and architectures for NLP tasks, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, language generation, and machine translation.
• Leverage deep learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to train, fine-tune, and evaluate models, including LLMs and generative AI models like GPT and Brad.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets to extract relevant features and ensure data quality for training and evaluation purposes.
• Optimize models and algorithms to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency for real-world deployment in production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, and contribute to the company's knowledge base through research and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience as an AI/ML Engineer, with a strong focus on NLP, ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, Text Recognition, and Generative AI.
• Experience developing and deploying NLP solutions using ML and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, including word embeddings, sequence modeling, attention mechanisms, and language generation.
• Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and pre-trained models, including LLMs and generative AI models like GPT and Brad.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Python and R programming languages.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text classification, and language generation.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI/ML deployment, Prefer working on AWS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Publication record or contributions to the AI/ML community is a plus.
