Participate to the preparation of the Paris IT DR exercises
• Perform the impact analysis and validate the scope and the participants of the exercise.
• Write the draft version of the Terms of reference document
• Prepare presentations to business lines
• Prepare the tools (DRPtest, DMC, Mailing lists) for the exercise
Consolidation and analysis of BIA data
• Consolidate the business continuity requirements (HR and IT)
• Performa a gap analysis with the current solutions (HR and IT)
• Prepare presentations to business lines
Survey of the Outsourced Essential Services
• Sending the survey and reminders
• Analyzing the answers
• Reporting on the process
BCM Reporting
• Monitor the update of BCM data in the systems
• Consolidate the data, prepare the report and have it approved by regions or BL/SF.
