Job Your role We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who will be involved in: . Collecting the business requirements and is then able to draft the technical requirements for the project . Developing & delivering key projects/ tasks for the IB business/ IB CFO . Liaising with Senior Management, CFOs, Sales & Trading Heads and assisting in supply / improvement of standardised reports/ existing projects . Performing ad hoc analysis for senior IB stakeholders in a timely manner Undertaking bespoke client MI projects (ranging from new reporting suites to self-service tools) owning each project from start to finish . Collaborating closely with RAS colleagues to ensure consistency in underlying data & reporting . Your team You'll be working in the Reporting & Analytics Services team in Pune. You'll be working in Pune and will work closely with IB COO teams to create & deliver MI and perform analysis/ reporting and assist in the business's revenue generating / cost saving / risk mitigation goals. Your expertise . Bachelor degree or higher . Prior programming experience preferred . Technical proficiency in Python, Tableau, Alteryx . Proficiency with Microsoft suite: Advanced Excel, MS Access, PowerBI . Proven track record in report development, delivery & interpretation / analysis is a must . Have very strong communication (fluent English written & verbal) & interpersonal skills able to interact with all levels in the organization . Motivated self-starter. Excellent time management & organizational skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adhere to strict deadlines . Business knowledge across Securities (Equities, FX Rates & Credit) preferred . Spent minimum of 5 years in the Banking /Finance industry
