Execution of control testing and auditing the complaints raised by various department of the bank. Submission of Regulatory Reports as per defined frequency to various stakeholders of the bank To review complaints data for the unit & ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Description for External Candidates
1) Reviewing the complaints document as per define frequency decided by the bank and updating the document basis the recent changes made by RBI.
2) Ensuring the complaint definition is available to all frontline units i.e. what is a complaint vs not and understanding of it across all units are unified
3) Need to do a dipstik on service request/calls to check if complaints are raised on bank CRM system and are tagged correctly.
4) To review complaints data for the unit & ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
5) Need to do Fraud reporting to respective stakeholder as per define timelines
6) Responsible for Regulatory Reporting and submission as per defined frequency and format to various stakeholders of the bank
7) Execution of control testing and submission of reports as per defined frequency and format to risk team
8) Preparing the Data and sharing the data for all the audit requirement such as Internal, Statutory or RBI Audits.
+) Follow up with various stakeholder to ensure audit observation are closed as per timeline given to Auditors.
10) Responsible for reviewing & updating RCM on timely basis
11) Auditee for various audits at CDC
12) To identify trends for complaints and liaise with stakeholders for corrective action
13) To liaises with Risk & Compliance functions for implementation of new regulation/processes
14) Releasing the monthly dashboard on Regulatory audits done by the team
