Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled individual to become an integral member of our Sustainability & Business Development team. This role is crucial in steering our initiatives focused on renewable energy, resource circulation, and transformative business strategies. You will contribute to developing an ecosystem that harmonizes hardware, software, and renewable energy to enrich user experiences and strengthen customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations for the business unit, ensuring adherence to vendor agreements while conducting thorough financial analyses to bolster our connected and energy-focused initiatives.
• Manage revenue processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately validated and reconciled, with reports prepared for executive management and finance teams.
• Spearhead budget planning and forecasting efforts, consolidating financial data for insightful presentation to management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including auto operations, IT, service, and sales, to fulfill financial planning requirements and assess the implications of new services.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
Required Skills
• Strong grasp of financial reporting and business models.
• Exceptional planning, negotiating, and analytical capabilities.
• Technical acumen with a background in operations, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and customer support preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
• Experience within agile project teams as a product owner, scrum master, or functional area leader.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, telematics, finance, or engineering roles.
