Hybrid Working

At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction:
• This role is responsible for driving digital acquisition analytics on Mobile and Web working with US team and cross functional teams.
What will you be doing?
• Analyze and Insight performance of digital acquisition placements across partner and Barclays digital assets.
• Drive incremental acquisitions through recommendations to optimize placements.
• Develop and manage funnel analytics working with cross functional and partner teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations to improve digital acquisition funnel.
• Explore and leverage different data sources to drive business strategy.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical / business discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative, business analytics).
• Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL and Excel.
• Significant years of analytical experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage and multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Good to have experience in credit card business and P&L drivers.
• Good to have knowledge on adobe analytics, near analytics or any related digital analytics.
• Good understanding of Python and AWS tools
• Good understanding of Digital data – Click stream data.
