We are currently partnering with a leading Mid-Market Investment Bank looking to hire a Senior Analyst / Early Associate into their Biotech / Life Sciences Investment Banking team in New York.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Healthcare platform with strong deal flow across Equity (primary focus), alongside exposure to M&A, debt financings, and convertible structures.
The Role
As part of a growing Life Sciences team, you will play a key role in the execution of transactions across the biotech space, working closely with senior bankers and clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Execution of equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, CMPOs)
