Partnering with different business units to develop strong creative and media strategies to support product launches, refreshes and other key above-the-line priorities in the market outside of the annual brand plan.
Leading the execution and implementation of global sponsorships and activations in the Canadian market, most notably the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix.
Build and leverage relationships with internal teams (including Marketing, Global Advertising and Brand Management, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Legal, and Compliance) and external Integrated Agency Team.
Gather data and insights from campaign reports including brand lift studies and brand consideration measurement to inform business decisions.
Assist in managing the annual Canadian brand budget following both local and central budget processes.
Act as expert on brand guidelines, reviewing and providing guidance to local marketers as they develop creative communications.
Minimum Requirements

1 – 3 years of experience in Advertising and Communications in house or at an agency.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on brief development and presentation to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Strong creative eye with passion for advertising & media, and the ability to think strategically on how to best communicate our brand, products and services to Canadians.
Experience bringing campaigns and projects to life from conception to execution (briefing, project management, stakeholder feedback, budget management and more).
Highly motivated self-starter – you think strategically and execute with operational excellence, while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
